We work with the Hiring Manager to write a job advertisement, not a job description. We custom build a job application for that job and start the recruiting process.

Communication between the Hiring Manager and Alta Scout stays transparent throughout the process, giving the Hiring Manager the top candidates based on qualifications. We provide quick reference data for each qualified candidate, with a description page of each candidate for quick comparative review of each candidates’ skills and abilities.

We tee up time for interviews with the top qualified candidates, working directly with the Hiring Manager.
